Furnished room available for immediate rental to a single, female tenant.

The room is at the rear corner of the first floor with entries through a shared bathroom (connects through a den) and the kitchen. Little to no late night or early morning cooking occurs, so noise shouldn’t be an issue. Rental of the room includes one spot in the detached, two car garage.

The other occupants include the female homeowner, who has the master bedroom and second bathroom upstairs, and a small, generally well behaved dog.

You, as a tenant, should be: generally quiet, having no more than one to two guests over at a time, possibly up to three with permission from the homeowner, and absolutely no overnight guests; clean and organized, at least in common areas, making sure to leave such spaces in as good or better a condition than you found them; a non-smoker, or willing to smoke exclusively outside the house; unvaccinated, or vaccinated more than 6 months to one year ago.

Some pets may be considered with an additional deposit.
