Large sliding door closet. Living room, kitchen, and bathroom to share with me. Bedroom will come unfurnished and living area will come newly furnished. Current Roommate: I am a 19 year old female student at The Fashion Institute of Technology, continuing education program studying styling & merchandising. I work at Urban Outfitters on the Upper East Side and have an internship at a showroom at Bryant Park.

Rent is $1,500 per month plus WiFi & electric bill is about $50/month per person.

I’m looking for someone to rent my former roommate’s bedroom until June 2019. Move in date is negotiable from April 1st - May 10th. Must be financially approved with good credit and/or have a guarantor. $500 lease take over fee. No brokers fee.

Great location with a ton of subway stations a quick 5 minute walk.
