Room for rent in a 3 bdrm house on a quiet culdesac. Close to Main St, I-5, hospital, and schools. Room has a twin bed, closet, dresser, and light furnishings. A housemate with an early schedule is preferred. Smoking ok outside only. Plenty of parking on the street.

Early-riser looking for a housemate with a similar schedule and kind temperament. I work remotely and meet with clients from 6am-3pm. Looking for someone respectful and friendly- no drama, keep shared spaces clean, and keep sound down to a minimum after 10. I have a young, male herding dog, who likes other dogs, but hates cats. I enjoy gardening and am happy to collaborate on the yard.
