Alina's room

Hey guys! I own a house in Woodbridge. I have a private bedroom for rent on the first floor (includes sewer and internet, other utilities separate). There are three bedrooms total in the house. There are three full baths in the house. There is plenty of room for parking, a large shared dining room, living room, and kitchen. The room has a bed with a frame and desk. In the basement there is a library area as well as a smaller kitchen with a fridge and a washer and dryer.

There is a deck and a large backyard. The neighborhood is quiet and residential and the neighbors are great. Please dm me if you are interested! I’m happy to answer any questions you might have.

I live on the second floor with another person. I work full-time and love to keep a tidy house. We are friendly and speak Russian and English at home. We love meeting new people and learning about different cultures. I don’t mind if you like to have visitors over on occasion.

We share the housework equally in the house and often cook together (no problem if that’s not your style).

I have two cats that are very well behaved (no scratching/biting) and a robot vacuum that runs every day. The cats are limited to the first floor and often spend time outside in the backyard.
