El Molino Avenue

We share a 3,000 sq foot Victorian-style home with a pool. 3 bathrooms, a den, an enormous living room with a piano, dining room, and two porches.

We do month-to-month rental for this queen-furnished room. It’s bright and spacious with a walk-in closet and plenty of draws.

I’m the property manager (Warren) and I live on-site so if anything breaks it gets fixed right away ;). I work as a massage therapist and love bouldering and karaoke.

I have two other rooms currently occupied. Sharon is a Canadian stand-up comic who frequently travels.

Gerald in his 40’s works as an electrician and loves to hike.

We do have a rescue dog that isn’t great with other pets but is fantastic with people. So, unfortunately, we can’t accept anyone with free-range pets. We prefer non-smokers too, but apart from that everyone is welcome (sex, gender, race, politics etc.)

I keep the house stocked with cleaning supplies. Netflix on the TV, wifi, electric, and gas included. We have a dishwasher, two refrigerators, and laundry. Parking is ample on the street, but you are welcome to use the driveway periodically.

We are all in our and 40s so the noisiest we get is when we occasionally host Karaoke parties. There is plenty of shared space should you wish to interact with other housemates or just enjoy a change of scenery.
