Heather's room

Hi all! My roommate and I have 2 bedrooms opening up in our dover townhouse available 4/1! The space: 1 large bedroom, 1 small bedroom, full bathroom, and a linen closet on the 3rd floor. 650 for the larger room and 550 for the smaller room, or 1100 for the whole floor plus utilities. Open to one person wanting a bedroom and office, or two people!

Us: we’re 26 and 30, My roommate is a dog trainer and my I’m a therapist. We have two friendly (pictured for cuteness tax), and we’d prefer not to add any more animals to the house but may be open to discuss it if it’s the right fit. We’re both LGBTQ and want to keep our home a warm inviting space for all kinds 🤠
