I’m offering a large one bedroom w/ private bath in a shared 2BR/2BA condo in Downtown Long Beach. Great walkable location, walk to the library, aquarium, pike outlets, coffee shops, restaurants/bars, and a convenient 10-minute walk to the beach. I’m looking for a room occupant nonsmoker to move into an unfurnished Master bedroom with a private bathroom. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware that includes pots, pans, silverware, utensils, dishes, drinking glasses, and other kitchen gadgets that may be used. Each individual will have separate storage space for his/her groceries.
