I currently rent a 4 bedroom 2 bath house near Mayfair Park in Denver. Looking for a roommate, or if you just need one room short term. The spare rooms available are one upstairs or one downstairs; your choice. The basement bedroom is furnished with a queen size bed, desk, night stand, and dresser. That would probably be the preferred room to rent. Basement living room is currently empty. Happy to discuss ideas for that space though. Full basement. Laundry. Fenced backyard. Small garden. Wine cellar. Prefer short term leasing 2-3 month, but longer can be discussed.

I am very clean, neat, and respectful. I have one 42 pound mixed breed pup. 8 years old. He gets along great with all other pets/ animals/ humans. I work for a wine distributor. Plenty of delicious beverages here, haha. Hobbies: Skiing, Mtn biking, rafting, mountaineering, reading, cooking, gardening. I would prefer a roommate that is active and has similar hobbies.
