Megan's room

This is a 3-floor, 2-bedroom, and 2.5 bathroom condo. There is a deck in the backyard. There is plenty of parking (1 garage spot, 1 driveway spot and extra parking on street or offstreet). The rooms are private, and there are private bathrooms as well. There is a recreational room that is currently unused on the bottom floor, as well as a den right beside the bedroom for rent. There is a washer and dryer inside the apartment.

I am a quiet roommate, and I spend a lot of time in my room doing crafts. I am very organized, and like to clean. I like the house to be kept cooler (around 60-65 degrees).
