2 rooms available. One room with a private bathroom will be available in the next month or two and another room will open up in the summertime.

We’re all in our 20’s, currently 4 guys 1 girl all either working full time or going to school. 2 of the guys will be moving out. We have a studio in the basement and some of us are in a few bands and are working musicians so you have to be ok with rehearsals, and occasional late night jams/hangs. We like to keep a clean house and we are all friendly and easy to get along with. Creative types artist/musicians definitely preferred.
