Plus $75 a month for (Included Disney, HBO, Prime, & Netfflix). This is a private space inside a home, entry is through the garage, the space is separated from the rest of the home by a door. The space has 2 bedrooms (one is used as a sitting room/TV/computer room) The bedroom has a newer adjustable queen size bed. There is a private bathroom, and a stocked kitchenette. The microwave is also a convection oven, and there is a hot plate and toaster oven as well. Additional freezer space, and laundry in the garage. Garage parking, which you can use for storage as well. Sorry but no pets, and this is to be rented to one person only so no couples, or children. Someone who is quiet, yet sociable. No drama.

Landlord: I am a long-time local who loves this part of Phoenix. I know how important it is to have a peaceful, reliable home base while on assignment. This is a comfortable, worry-free space for traveling nurses or any professional. Im happy to share my favorite local spots from the lakeside walking/jogging/cycling trails around to corner, to great food and shopping just minutes away. And awesome hiking/mountain biking trail heads are as close as just 5 miles away.
