North Zabeth Street

I have a house out in the country in a small town. It’s about 15 mins from Valparaiso, IN. I have an extra private bedroom that I wanted to rent out. The room already has a bed, a desk, wifi internet, and cable is already to be used in it(just need a tv). Which if u have your own stuff to bring they can be moved out. The rest of the house would be shared. Which includes starting at the front door is the living room with a couple of couches some end tables and a 70in TV. Conected to that room is the dining room with a nice size table to eat at. Off that room is the kitchen with the basic stuff you would need to cook with. And it has a kitchen table in it. Off to the side there is a laundryroom to wash and dry ur cloths and also is a half bathroom. Next to that is the family room that has a couple couches in there as well. The family room leads to the attached garage I one side and on the other side it leads to the privacy fenced in back yard. On the other side of the living room is one of the 3 bedrooms. But that’s mainly used to lock up my dog when I’m not home. Then next to that is your bedroom. Next to that is a nice sided bathroom. Next to that which is a cross the hall from your room is my bedroom. And the a spare closet.

I mostly hang out at home when I’m not working and clean play video games or watch TV and play with my dog. I’m definitely 420. I would prefer you to be aswell.
