Spacious private room available in a 4 bed 2.5 bath house. 1/2 bath located on main floor, full bath upstairs both are shared. Washer and dryer, fully loaded kitchen, 2 living rooms, 1 parking spot in driveway (with plenty of curbside parking as well) all available to you. Utilities, fast internet all included with rent. No animals, no smoking (inside).

We are a family of 3. It’s me, (30’s)my boyfriend(30’s), and my 11 year old son. I like to cook family style meals. I also work graveyard so my sleep schedule is crazy (but nothing bothers me so feel free to go about your day normally). I am a one woman show in my house, i do all the cooking, cleaning, and organizing. The man of the house is my boyfriend. He works, comes home and games. We are both pretty laid back, and easy going. My son is 11, and is respectful of your space and privacy. You will share a bathroom with him. And i keep the bathroom clean at all times.
