The apartment is nicely spacious with a balcony. The room itself has a bed, pillows, blankets, standing lamp, private storage, and it’s own bathroom with a tub alongside couple of storage units, washer and dryer machines. It’ll be available from June/1 till July/2. You’ll also have access to the kitchen if you want to cook your food. The residence has a swimming pool, meeting place, and a gym. There are a lot of places next to it without needing to drive to them. Place like publix, 2 gas stations (WAWA is one of them), car washing station, and restaurants across the Alafaya street. Waterford area is 5 minutes away as well. The price I’m including is for the apartment, electric, and internet bills.
