Furnished spare bedroom up for rent in the Ybor Heights neighborhood. Room shares a Jack and Jill bathroom (bathroom connects directly to both bedrooms, no walking through halls to get to the bathroom) with 23 y/o straight male. Room has a small closet, but nice size armoire. Perfect for students.

Home has a stacked large washer/dryer, dishwasher, range, and refrigerator.

Off-street parking through secure electric gate for one vehicle per room, single occupancy. No covered parking. No on-street parking. Roads are too narrow.

No felons, no hard drug users, no smoking/vape. Background checks will be performed.

Steps:

1. Meet current tenant and myself at a coffee shop in the area to see if we are compatible roommates and let you review the lease.
2. If you are still good to move forward, take a look at the house and room.
3. At that point if you are happy, you will receive a link to start the background/credit check.
4. After acceptable background/credit check we will sign the lease.
