Currently looking for a third roommate for a private room that will become available on April 1st, 2022. Our unit is located on the second floor of a duplex and has breathtaking views of downtown and the San Diego bay, on-site laundry, and a garage for storage. Common areas within the unit are fully furnished. Ideal candidate is a 25 to 35 year old professional working standard hours throughout the week. Male candidates preferred, but all are welcome to apply.
