Lucas's room

Welcome! We have a large house space, an outdoor patio with a fire-pit in a quiet neighborhood with accessible stores nearby! One out of 4 rooms are open and we’re looking to fill a private bedroom with a shared bath now. There’s outdoor parking available (at no cost right next to the house), and a washing/drying machine as well. The picture shows the room as furnished, but can be removed if/when we find a suitable roommate if requested. Feel free to reach out to us with any questions.
