Amazing patio (my favorite part of the place) where there is a bubbling creek and water fall. Very relaxing to sit by in the morning and after work. There is even baby ducks during the spring time!

You get a side of the two car garage. Room for a car and some storage. I have a gym built on my side with a squat rack/plates and dumbbells.

The community is great, friendly, I know all my neighbors, and everyone is super friendly.

I will be in the other bedroom and have my own bathroom.

Would love someone who lives a similar lifestyle and ideally would love to be friends with my roommate. The place is fully furnished so you will not be able to bring your own furniture. No partiers. A little about me: My name is Steve, and I am a 34 year old male currently working from home as an accountant. I am super into the outdoors and enjoy working out, backpacking, hiking, running, yoga, board games, movies and hanging out with friends. I am very laid back, do not party at all, no drugs, and keep my place very clean. I usually go to bed around 10pm and get up around 6am. Work from home hours are usually 8am to 6pm, Monday through Friday. Then usually I am in my garage gym working out, running, doing yoga or hanging out with friends.
