The property is located 5 minutes from the plaza and 10 minutes to HSU. The skatepark is a 10 minute skate and there’s lots of restaurants nearby as well as cafes. The park is also a 10 minute drive away and the beach is about the same. The neighborhood is nice, quiet, and the neighbors are sweet. There is no yard unfortunately and the house is decent size with a modern kitchen and hardwood floors. There is a cat living with me as well (Zuma). Bathroom is nice but will be shared. Limited storage however. The house is a duplex also. Washer and dryer on site. WiFi as well. Utilities are shared. Parking on street.

I’m a really open person and not very demanding or over expecting of people. Only thing I ask is that you have an open mind. I am currently transitioning (mtf) so someone who’s accepting of that is a must. I would prefer a female roommate but I am open to all :). Otherwise freedom is all yours in your space. I like to play music and have some instruments. I also skate, surf, and rock climb and have equipment to share if anyone wants to try something new. I love to host people so sometimes you’ll find an array of people over drinking and hanging out.
