Rich & Brian's room

Private furnished room with king size bed, 2 windows, remodeled closet, ceiling fan, TV, dresser and 2 nightstands. Bathroom is private most of the time, but is also used when we have guests staying the night. Off-street parking on the driveway. Use of the main areas of the house is, of course, included - including laundry/kitchen. House is 3,200 sq ft, open kitchen, cozy living room, back deck and ground level patio, fenced yard. We have 2 very friendly dogs, but no additional pets please. Any questions? Ask!
