Located next to Douglass campus, 7 minutes walk to nearest Rutger bus stop Henderson, 15-minute walk to Biel Road bus stop. It’s a large bedroom with a closet, a window, and a ceiling fan, tenant will lend a bed+mattress, dresser drawer, desk+chair, night table, full-body mirror, shoe rack, lamp, and heater. The room comes with a shared bathroom (shared with only one more person) that includes a shower/tub. It’s a big 2-floor house with a diner area, living room with couch and TV, kitchen, a downstairs bathroom for general use (mostly guest) and a porch. There is a washing machine and a drier in the basement free for use at no additional cost, you could use part of the basement for storage space. rent is 750$ (utilities not included). We are looking for a quiet, clean and considerate person to occupy the room. Must be female, no pets, and no couples. The person needs to be understanding of tenants’ rules ( further details DM).
