This room is very clean and quiet, with a window facing the east garden. Shared bathroom in reasonable condition, in a house with many common areas such as a kitchen, dining room, a library, a living room with fire place, a laundry room, linen closet, and a shared half bath. This 2,336 square foot house has four bedrooms with yards on all four sides, half of which are deer-fenced in, on a lot 0.6 acres large. Also, there is a detached two car garage. My home is a work in progress.

This home is surrounded by oak trees, on a private lane, in west Petaluma. Location is only 20 minutes walk to downtown and about 5 minutes drive to the freeway.

0 drugs or alcohol; I am sober, this is my home, and if they are important to you please consider other avenues. Pets are prohibited. Each roommate shares 1/4 of the cost of utilities, electricity, internet, waste disposal, water. I will pay for gardening, tree work, and on-going home improvements.

Chore rotation has worked well in the past for me, so alternating between different cleaning responsibilities will be a part of living here but you will be responsible for your own space.

I am looking for responsible, kind, creative, and intelligent people who are growing, having fun, and not planning on living here forever but living well when they are here.

Bonus points if you are down with nature, coffee, music, food, art, literature, healthy living, yoga, plant based nutrition. Employment and endeavors outside of the house are also important to me in a roommate.
