I live in a single wide mobile home, the master bedroom and bath would be available. That bedroom would not be furnished.. I have a couch,and a small kitchen table and chairs. There is a washer and dryer in the house, dish washer, stove, and fridge. Share house, would have to put in an application to rent with the park office to get approved. If you have a pet you might have to pay pet deposit. Has fenced yard, not much grass. I am a 65 year old lady, basically retired, keep clean house can’t afford rent and utilities by myself. It’s not a bad place. Your rent would be $898 a month. On my part of the rent I would take care of the utilities. The place has gas forced air heat, and a swamp cooler for the summer. There is a storage shed in the fenced yard, we could share. Females only and prefer 40 to 71 age.

I am a 65 year old lady, mostly retired. I have a medium sized dog, a chow who is very sweet, she is my world. My daughter is leaving and I can’t afford the rent and utilities by myself. I am a fairly quiet person.
