I have an unfurnished bedroom that is available to rent. Shared bathroom, fully stocked kitchen, family room with flat screen TV, washer and dryer, deck overlooking a beautiful wooded area, plenty of off street parking in a quiet neighborhood. Utilities, Google Fiber, and pest control included. Located at the base of the Monte Sano Mountains, close to hiking trails, less than 2 miles from downtown Huntsville, the hospital, and less than 15 minutes to The Arsenal. I would like to find someone who values a clean house and is willing to help keep his/her bedroom and bathroom clean. I have a man who rents out a separate mother in law space and cleans common areas and mows the lawn regularly. Background check is required and is paid by the prospective tenant. $500 deposit down secures the room.

One single man currently rents a room, he is in his 40’s and the other room is rented by a female who is 51 years old. They are both working professionals, easy to get along with, and live healthy, drug free lifestyles.
