400sq ft fully furnished bungalow(upstairs).Located within a half mile to two miles of restaurants, shopping, pharmacy, express ways(94 & 75). Heritage park nearby to walk, bike & other activities. Full access to kitchen dishes pots etc. Shared bathroom, however I use shower in the basement. Looking for age over 40 clean, responsible & tidy. Cleaning up kitchen after meals is a MUST. Nice deck off of kitchen. Don’t mind music any time of day, be considerate. No smoking cannabis inside house. $550 month rent (utilities included + WIFI) $700 security dep $150 is non refundable. Security & background check, COVID shots all required. Overnight guests not allowed without prior approval.
