Hi there! I’m currently wanting to sublet my room (Master bedroom plus private bathroom) for the summer months. The Monaco at Waterford Lakes is located near the Waterford Lakes Town Center Plaza and right next to the expressway. The apartment complex is quiet and is gated. Amenities included are: 24/7 access to a gym, 3 pools, tennis court, volleyball court, and outdoor picnic tables.

I’m looking for a female student who will be mindful throughout the summer, as my other two roommates will be studying for the bar exam. We are all in our last year of law school and very relaxed with either studying or working. Please reach out if you need a safe and private space to live in this summer. The apartment is available beginning of May through August 13th. This room will not be furnished.
