Welcome Home! This charming three bedroom home is in the heart of Centralia and within walking distance to Centralia College, the historic district, shopping, coffee shops and much more.
The is a 1950’s home with a full height brick fireplace, wood floors all throughout the home, two full bathrooms and several nooks and crannies throughout.
The three bedrooms are accessed via a hallway off of either the living room or kitchen. There is one full bathroom shared between two of the bedrooms. The second full bathroom is off the kitchen and dedicated to the third bedroom.
The laundry - washer and dryer - are on a platform in the single car garage.
The backyard is fully fenced and located next to non-operational railroad tracks - walking the tracks being a safe activity if you like that.
There are two larger bedrooms and one smaller. The two larger rent for $795 each and share one full bathroom. The smaller of the three bedrooms rents for $695 and has its own detached bathroom.
If two people occupy one room, an additional charge of $300 will apply. Utilities (Water, Sewer, Garbage, Electricity and Dual Band High Speed Internet Access) will be charged at $150/room. For double occupancy in a room, an additional $50 monthly utilities will apply.
For stays less than three months, additional $75 monthly fee will apply.
About the roomies
My name is Julie and I am the property manager of the home and the one who will be subleasing the rooms. I will be the point of contact for all things house related. I am looking for college students, professionals or anyone preferring clean living and happy to live amongst others in harmony in the living space.
No smoking or 420 inside the home. Pets will be considered after a pet screen. If you are interested, I like to meet over the phone first and then go through an application process. Application fee is $25 per person and will include criminal screening. Income requirement is 2.5 times the rent. Non-W2 income will be considered. Rent will be collected through an online tenant portal which accepts debit, credit and bank transfers.
