St. Peter Martyr is one block away and they have frequent family events. • The home is a duplex, but you would never know there are tenant’s downstairs in their studio. Two long term tenants have been there but one just moved and we need the right tenant for our remaining one. • There is a shared backyard. Home is animal friendly (with additional deposit), must like dogs and fish.
