Canyon Creek

I have a room available in a three bed 2 bath house in Plumas Lake, CA. WiFi, utilities, and lawn service is included in the rent. The area is generally quiet. There is a nice backyard. If you like gardening there are garden beds you are welcome to use. The kitchen, living room, laundry room, and backyard are for common use.

I (female) work from home, I occupy the master bedroom with my boyfriend (male). I am quiet and respectful and like to keep things clean. I do work from home so I am looking for someone to be quiet and respect. I own a Pomeranian and a Husky. There is another roommate (female), and she has two cats.
