About the room
3 bedroom apartment with kitchen, 2 bath (you would share 2nd bath with 1 other roommate), and a nice balcony. Place has nice A/C which works great in the summer. THE LEASE EXPIRES IN AUGUST.
The room is furnished with a brand new mattress, very comfortable desk chair, desk, and coffee table with coffee machine. (When the lease ends feel free to keep all of it!)
Looking for 1 person (male/female) to take the third room. Please only people under 30 years old. Preferably early twenties.
Cleanliness is a must for all shared areas in the apartment. But if you have a messy bedroom that’s fine as long as it’s sanitary.
About the roomies
21 year old male, works 3 days a week. Very nice and easy to get along with.
19 year old male, also very nice and easy to get along with. We both stay out of each others way and if that’s your thing we’ll do the same for you.
