Living room and dining room are also fully furnished. The bathroom, kitchen, laundry room, driveway and porch are all shared common areas. It’s a large 5 bedroom 2 bath home with plenty of parking space. Water, electricity & WiFi are all included. There is yard space for gardening. The home is located 10 mins from downtown Saint Petersburg & beaches.
About the roomies
There are 4 males currently living in the home. No pets. Children occasionally visit. They are all friendly and quiet.
