ISABELLA's room

I have a room in a shared home available for rent. It is located in South Saint Petersburg close to Gulfport. The room is fully furnished with a Queen size bed, dresser with mirror, 2 nightstands, television, microwave, mini fridge, central air, and an electronical door lock. The bathroom is shared with 2 others. There are 4 males all over the age of forty, currently living in the home. The kitchen is fully equipped with cookware and dishes. Living room and dining room are also fully furnished. The bathroom, kitchen, laundry room, driveway and porch are all shared common areas. It’s a large 5 bedroom 2 bath home with plenty of parking space. Water, electricity & WiFi are all included. There is yard space for gardening. The home is located 10 mins from downtown Saint Petersburg & beaches.

There are 4 males currently living in the home. Children occasionally visit. They are all friendly and quiet
