Roommate needed for two bed/two bath apartment in Wrigleyville/Boystown area. Own bathroom, walk-in closet, deck, dishwasher, laundry in building. Rent is $847.50 + $20 for bundled services as well as half of gas, electric and cable and internet (I have Hulu, Netflix and Amazon Prime, which I’ll pay for separately). I’m a gay male, 57, 420 friendly but prefer a non-cigarette smoker. Dogs okay (not sure what breed or size restrictions and fees apply, but it is a small apartment), allergic to cats. Have a 35“ TV. Can put it in living room or in my room if you have a better one. And please, no Trumplicans. Person would have to go through credit check with Beal Properties ($75 fee) and be added to the lease. March is already paid for as well as the move-in fee. The pictures are a little dark as I haven’t had the electric and gas switched to my name yet, but will be done before move-in.
