The apartment sits on the 40th floor of a beautiful skyrise overlooking downtown as well as the bay. I’m looking for 2-3 clean reliable roommates with stable incomes to start a lease with in a beautiful new sky-rise in downtown San Diego! Must be LGBT friendly and have a steady reliable income. Open to couples as well as individual people! Apartment comes with parking as well as completely remodeled amenities! I am already in contact with the leasing agent and we can all go tour the facility again if you would like. Projected move in date is April 15th and it would be for an 18 month lease. Rent would range from $995 for 4 people in the apartment to $1444 for 3 people in the apartment just depending in how many people we can get on board! Message me for more details!:)

I’m 21 years old! I am currently on serving on active duty in the Navy and also going to school! I live by myself at the moment and I think that finding roommates would be a great way to make some lasting friends while also being able to help each other by saving on some rent!:) I am huge on sharing and making everyone feel as comfortable as possible. I’m very upfront and clear on communication and always open to hearing everyones opinions that are involved! I love to go out and have fun and downtown seems like the perfect place to go do so with all the roomies which would be super cool! I am not an every night drinker and I don’t smoke weed at all but I don’t mind if you do as long as y’all take that onto the balcony of course!
