Roland's room

The room size is 10 x 11, i has a new flooring and ceiling fan. The property has a carport that holds 3 cars. Backyard is pretty clean, we have a charcoal grill that can be used just bring your own coals. There’s two heated community pools with spa at walking distance. They’re also building a fitness center, but due to COVID its taking longer than usual to get done.

Were looking for a respectful and responsible roomate. There will be 4 other rooms (males & famales). If you smoke, we ask you do that outside and don’t bring in the stench with you :-). We ask that you clean after yourself and help with the upkeep on the house which is done by everyone currently living in the property (put out trash, clean restroom, and maintain house presentable).
