The apartment is a 2 bed/2 bath, 1200 sq ft with floor to ceiling windows in every room, so tons of light. Also has in-unit washer/dryer, dishwasher and new appliances. It is a full amenity elevator building with free bike storage and an option for garage parking. The room has its own bathroom and closet space. There are some additional building perks I can get into if you’re interested. Rent is $1,500 plus $175 for utilities (includes internet).

I’m a 27 year old New Yorker relocating to SF for work. I’m an active and social person, so I’ll likely be out and about exploring the city most of the time. I play soccer, like to rock climb and would definitely be down to hang out together! I am also clean and responsible with my space.
