The room has a closet and will share a bathroom with the male roommate. The house is on a quiet street, in an older neighborhood close to US-36, I-25, and US-287. It’s minutes away from various shopping and dining options and within walking distance of parks and the Broomfield Public Library. The kitchen has a dishwasher and there are laundry machines in the basement. The main living area and dining space are mostly furnished already. There is nice space on the front porch and a small cement patio out back. The house also has several additional closets and a few other spaces available to turn into a 2nd living room/home office or other options. There is a garage for shared storage and parking is easy with the driveway and street parking. Rent doesn’t include utilities or internet service. Those are split by the roommates and paid midway in the month. Photos are only for scale, the room is unfurnished.

My roommate and I are looking for a third roommate to re-sign our lease for a three bedroom house in April. Subletting is possible if you don’t plan on staying 12 months. We ask that you give us at least 1 month notice. We keep the kitchen, main living area, and shared spaces tidy and clean but aren’t too worried about neatness beyond that. We are friendly if you’re looking to hang out but if you’d rather be left alone we can respect that. We are responsible for watering the lawn in the spring-fall, mowing or trimming as needed, and shoveling the porch and driveway in the winter. We try our best to share those tasks and pick up after ourselves in the rest of the house. We both drink occasionally and may have friends over. You are welcome to as well, so long as we share in advance and there aren’t any major parties without agreement.
