Beautiful quiet neighborhood with a walking trail behind the house, a park nearby and Park & ride commuter bus to downtown Sacramento.
1 Bedroom- Rents for $1,000 per month. Rent includes Internet and Utilities.
PG&E is split between roommates. The house is powered by Solar energy during the day so the PG&E bill is usually $0 or very low.
Month to Month only To Move In: Must provide 1st month + Security deposit, be employed or have proof you can pay rent.
About the roomies
This is a brand new house it was built in December of 2022. Roomies are Male and Female Couple that share the master bedroom. They are 45 and 39 years old, both are very clean and quiet.
