The community is clean, and management personnel have always been very friendly and helpful. The neighborhood where I live is quiet, it’s nearby convenient places such as, movie theaters (Pointe 14), supermarkets (Publix, Food Lion, Aldi), gas station, fast food, restaurants, parks, Cameron Art Museum, and Monkey Junction Walmart. I own a pet cat that has previous experience with other pets (dogs included) and she is very sweet.

The monthly rent payment would be around (could be less) $550 if we split it, and if you’re interested in an all inclusive utilities deal, it would be $100 extra.
