Haimy's room

Looking to rent upstairs bedroom located on the third floor, and will have a bathroom. I have rented first floor room already, so it will be three of us:-). This house is few miles away from Fredericksburg downtown. We would be sharing the kitchen located on the second floor, and wash/dryer on third floor. If you would like to see the room, I can be available weekends and weekdays after 5PM. I will be asking you to sign a lease agreement if all goes well.*
