Located in central Grand Prairie, with quick access to major highways, 161 highway and the 303. House is on a corner lot, next to a private neighborhood lake, with limited nextdoor neighbors. Walking distance from Walmart, Epic Waters Indoor Waterpark, multiple shopping centers/restaurants including a Main Event, and IKEA.
