Central location in Woodland Hills to Topanga Mall, Costco, Amazon Fresh. Amazing food and shops in walking distance. In between Sherman Oaks and Thousand Oaks.
$1200 plus utilities and internet. The current 2b2ba is going for $3-3.5k, i got a covid deal 2 years ago and looking to continue to capitalize on this. Furnished living room and kitchen. Amazing amenities including a third story balcony, 3 pools 5 tennis courts, 1 basketball court, 1 gym, and 1 jacuzzi. Dog friendly but would have to pay pet deposit. 1 year lease.
About the roomies
I love to use the amenities here including tennis gym and pool. i also enjoy yoga. i work full time a 9-5 hybrid, interested in someone that does likewise. Focused on the weekdays. love to listen to music.
