I have a large upstairs bedroom that I am looking to rent. This is $950 all utilities and high-speed wifi included. Available for July1st. First and last month’s rent required upon signing contract and moving in.
About me: 38 male, college professor, quiet, clean, and respectable. I like to workout and play video games (with headphones on so as not to disturb anyone). Please have a full time job and have a few pay stubs to prove it. Ideally I would like to have someone that works a normal day time schedule, such as 9-5pm. This way we don’t have odd schedules and bother one another. I would also like someone who is relatively quiet and clean. I wouldn’t want to have random people or parties in the house. Your guests are welcome of course. The bedroom is upstairs with a shared bathroom. There are two rooms upstairs but the current tenant is rarely home. She is a 35 year old female. Laundry is in the basement. Plenty of room to park in the driveway. Neighbors are nice and older so they are quiet. The neighborhood is super quiet, clean, and beautiful. It’s a great place to live.
