BRIAN's room

Great home in a nice area. Shared with 3 others. One female and one male. All utilities included. No pets as I am highly allergic to some. Home is a large 3000 SF house. with 5 bedrooms. one is used as a guest room and is available for any guest if you have someone visiting from out of town for a couple days. Downstairs bath is only partially finished but will eventually have a full 4x5 shower with a 10 head shower panel.

I own the home. Work in Sandy. Love traveling, biking, hiking, rock climbing and more.
One older female. Very friendly and helpful.
One younger male. Very quiet and pretty much keeps to himself when he’s home.
