Includes: Clean queen size bed. Bathroom shared only with guests. Excellent Washer and dryer. Full use of kitchen.

Deposit includes last months rent, but the amount depends if you have a dog or not, and the term length of your stay.

I am looking for an affable roommate with provable income, does not work out of the home/remotely, responsible, cleans up after themselves. I am open to considering pets on a case by case scenario, it would be nice to have another dog around. If the ad is up then the place is available.
