I’ve lived here over 2 years with these wonderful roomies - one is moving out to their next milestone endeavor! Drama free, smoke free, working professional home! Visitors are fine but no overnight guests. Lights out at midnight! Kitchen is open to use but don’t cook anything pungent- be respectful and clean up after yourself. Shared bath with one roomie who needs it from 6:45am - 7:30am. Feel free to ask me any questions. Virtual tours available too! Background + income check required. Community pool+jacuzzi and tennis courts. We split utilities $50-$90 depending on season.
Cleaners come to professionally clean common areas once a month. I do Costco runs for everyone. Not a big deal if you don’t want to participate. But I restock laundry detergent, toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags– Average $2 a month lol I love Costco. We’re all into tech - roomies are engineers and I’m finance and asset management.
