Ruth's room

Unfurnished master bed and bath (233 sq ft). Two closets, view of the city. Parking is on the street. Shared space includes laundry room (we have a washer and dryer from one of the roommates), kitchen, living room, and porch. We share a backyard with our downstairs neighbors.

Utilities not included in rent and are split amongst roommates. They have run from $50-$120/month per person so far. Utilities include internet, gas, electricity. Deposit: $600, half non-refundable.

No pets, smoking, excessive drinking. The apartment is the Avenues. Bus stop two blocks away, U of U and downtown SLC 10 minutes drive. Grocery store is ~6 blocks away and a 5 minute drive.

There are three other roommates: two guys, one girl ages 20-24. We are pretty chill, quiet, and clean. Hobbies that one or more roommate has: gaming, hiking, reading. We play games or watch movies together once in a while. We have non-LDS living standards. Looking for someone who is clean, respectful, and pays on time.
