Hi! We’re looking for roommates to fill two open rooms with lease dates effective 4/1 to 10/1 in a 4BR house in Morristown. This would be a 6-month lease with an option to renew for a full year.

Rooms Available: One Medium Sized Room - $725 One Smaller Sized Room - $625 Parking: Street parking is by permit only, which tenants can receive free of charge with proof of residency (piece of mail, license, registration).

About the House/Rooms Available: The home has a shared driveway that can fit 3-4 cars, and a small front and back yard perfect for a BBQ. It’s a five minute walk to the train station, and 10 to the center of town. The downstairs area includes a foyer, TV room, dining room, kitchen, sun-room, and basement. The upstairs area includes full bathroom, closet space, and three bedrooms. Fourth bedroom is located in the attic. Heating is provided by radiators and cooling must be provided by us (no central air, must get either fans or window/portable AC units). There is a washer & dryer in the basement available to use, and tons of storage space.

The rooms available are located on the second floor. We pay all utilities, including quarterly water and sewer. (Usually comes out to about $90 per person, given the time of the year). About The Roommates We are young female professionals, mid-to-late twenties who work 8-5 in the local area. We like to cook and watch TV on the weeknights and go out in town on the weekends. Guests welcome (under normal circumstances), just give everyone a heads up since parking can be limited.
