This place is very convenient to all your favorite stores, restaurant, outlet malls. Perfect location for everyone!!! The backyard lake view is amazing, enjoy your “me time” while sitting on the back porch. You can catch some fish or gator lol 😂 and I have a picnic area for you to enjoy the fresh air outside. I’m sure you can relax and do your meditation and enjoy the sunset view from your window. You can also use the barbecue grill but make sure to clean it after use. I love this neighborhood, it’s quiet, Please keep your area tidy and clean. You can use the laundry wash/dryer machines but but your own laundry soap/ softener. You can cook in the kitchen but clean it after. No fighting, No stealing & No drama at all. Respect each other’s privacy. If you have any question feel free to call or text me. Also, upon signing our agreement document, you need to pay me $1,000 for Down payment advance rent + $1,100 for Security deposit. Utilities are all included. Must pay on time every 1st day of the month, no excuse. You need to follow simple basic house rules. Please be respectful and talk nice. Be Happy, Be positive and Good vibes only. Favor: Lets keep our area tidy and clean. Also who ever use the kitchen and the bathroom please clean it after.
