N FM 620 Rd

Located off FM 620, 25min drive to downtown. Grocery stores 5 min drive with common restaurants and other big brand stores 5-15min drive. Apartment is non-smoking. If caught smoking apt will evict you, it’s not up to me. If there is a complaint made it is out of my hands at that point. Has 2 pools + jacuzzis, dog park, small gym, and right behind the complex is a nature trail as well. Private room with a shared bath and 2 other roommates. Plenty of extra storage space throughout apartment (3 closets) with a balcony, living room, kitchen, and eating area. Valet trash available, just put out on front door and it disappears each night. Possibly Pet Friendly if house trained and owner is responsible for pet care. Looking more for a long-term roommate, at least 6 months.

My biggest trait I am looking for in a roommate is someone who cleans up after themselves to the standard of the apartment that we have set. I would also like someone who is a student or young professional. I live a very structured life and appreciate to be surrounded by others who are mindful about bettering themselves. It just makes living with people easier when everyone is responsible. No one enjoys those awkward conversations about not helping around the apartment enough. We are understanding, so it’s okay if you can’t help all the time. I get that life can be hectic. I am looking for someone who I can be friendly with and possibly hang out with outside the apt. But if that is not what you are comfortable with then I am 100% okay with just being cordial.

P.S There will be a 2nd meeting. 1st is to show the apt and answer any questions. 2nd is to get to know you and vice versa and see if we are a good fit. 2nd meeting can be anywhere and last minimum of 15min. I’ve lived with 6 people in my life and have picked up its best to know someone a bit more. Rather than literally the first 10min you met showing the place (:

My name is Natalie I am a working on my bachelors for nursing I wrote the apartment bio. With focusing on school and being a travel nursing assistant over the summers I am rarely home. I enjoy doing arts and crafts and seeing live music in my free time. I am a caring & considerate person how you see the pictures is how we keep it daily and the standard. Very laid back and down to earth not the kind to be confrontational or unkind, I am politely direct with roommate issues as it makes me very anxious I’d rather get it over with. I have a small shih tzu (Oreo , 12 y/o) that visits time to time for sleepovers. I prefer someone who is friendly towards animals. Rather than someone who wants him locked in my room while gone at school/work.

Hi, I’m Josh! I am a 23 year old sous chef currently working for Hilton. I moved in 8 months ago and, along with Natalie, have worked on creating an environment of mutual respect and responsibility in the apartment. I am also the roommate that you would be sharing the hall bathroom with. I consider myself a very easy-going guy who excels in finding a middle ground with people around me. Something I value is open communication. I don’t always pick up on subtle cues so, for both of our sakes, I would appreciate someone who can be open with me if we run into any obstacles. I’m pretty difficult to get on the bad side of and can get along with practically anyone. I’m very open to living with all types of people and can appreciate someone who is from a different walk of life than I am. As long as the respect I give is mutual we won’t have any issues. I’d like to share this space with someone who I could be friendly with outside of just a roommate capacity, but as long as we can be cordial, I’ll be happy. I own 3 tarantulas and will soon have a snake, but all of these will live in my room and you will literally never be exposed to them(unless you would like to be).
