Own bed room with a shared bathroom. Twin bed can be included if need. The place is located near 495 and 50. 10 minutes to Nova In 20 minutes to GMU. 10 minute to Tyson corner. The place is just remodel and you are welcome to use the kitchen and laundry. We are not allowed pet. $800 each room and One person only each room, not couple. Deposit is $1000. 6 month lease then month to month. If less than 6 month contract, rent is $1000 per month.

We are really organized and clean. We work in service industry so we are not home most of the time. We have friends gathering sometimes. Both men and women are living here.
